DAY 1
Introduction to aircraft systems
The first day of jet training sets the stage for the course, introducing students to the fundamental principles and systems of the aircraft, laying the groundwork for the in-depth instruction to come.
DAY 2
Systems, emergencies, and abnormals
On the second day of jet training, students will build on the foundational knowledge gained on Day 1, delving deeper into the aircraft's essential systems and components, and exploring key operational considerations.
DAY 3
Performance and AATD training
On the third day of jet training, students will focus on practical applications, learning to plan and prepare for flights, conduct pre-flight procedures, and review key concepts. This day will also include training in the Advanced Aviation Training Device (AATD) simulator, where students will put their knowledge into practice in a realistic and immersive environment.
DAY 4
Preparation
On the fourth day of jet training, students will demonstrate their knowledge through a written exam and then apply their skills in the actual aircraft during hands-on flight training with an instructor.
DAY 5
Certification
The final day of jet training concludes with a certification checkride, consisting of an oral exam and a flight test with a DPE
